- 0.5 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 tablespoon wine vinegar
- ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon tomato purée
- 340g turkey
- 1 (200g) egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 50g mangetout
- 50g baby sweetcorn
- 50g button mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- fresh root ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions

Cut the turkey into chunks and place in a bowl.

Mix together the marinade ingredients and toss with the turkey.

Chill for 1 hour.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables.

Place in a dish and keep warm.

Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.

Drain and toss with the sesame oil.

Place on a serving platter and keep warm.

Heat the vegetable oil in the wok and stir-fry the turkey to heat through.

Add to the vegetables.

Place the turkey and vegetables on the noodles.

Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and coriander, if using.
