  • 100g yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1tsp medium chilli powder

  • 1 large onion finely sliced
  • 15g piece of ginger grated
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 4 black cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 200g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 250g peas (optional)
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies, sliced
