  • 400g can chickpeas, drained (liquid reserved), rinsed and any extra water shaken off
  • 145g can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 1tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.25tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 beaten egg or reserved chickpea water
  • 2tsp nigella seeds or sesame seeds
  • freshly ground black pepper
